Paul Martin’s American Grill To Open at Hillsdale Shopping Center in San Mateo in 2013

Paul Martin’s® American Grill announced plans today to open in San Mateo at Hillsdale Shopping Center by the end of 2013.  This is the fifth announced location for Paul Martin’s American Grill.  Conceived by Brian Bennett and legendary restaurateur Paul Fleming as the restaurant they always wanted in their neighborhood, Paul Martin’s serves American Classics with a fresh twist using locally-sourced and peak-of-the-season ingredients. The menu will rotate seasonally with local and organic produce, seafood from sustainable fisheries, free-range and natural meats and poultry, artisan cheeses, and premium biodynamic wines mainly from California.

“When selecting Paul Martin locations, we look for communities that appreciate things like good food made with seasonal ingredients while supporting family farms and local purveyors,” said Anthony Smith, President of Paul Martin’s American Grill.  “We think the community of San Mateo is going to love us.”

The announcement of Paul Martin’s® American Grill in San Mateo comes on the heels of opening Paul Martin’s fourth location in Westlake Village, California earlier this month.

Paul Martin’s Roseville Restaurant – In the Community!

Paul Martin’s American Bistro Roseville restaurant will be at The First Tee of Greater Sacramento’s golf tournament at Haggin Oaks Golf Complex (3645 Fulton Avenue,   Sacramento) Friday, April 6. We will be serving our juicy bistro sliders and lemonade!

The First Tee of Greater Sacramento uses the game of golf as a vehicle to help children in our community live a better, more productive life. They instill The First Tee Nine Core Values; teach Life Skills together with the ANNIKA Foundation to promote the Nine Healthy Habits. These nine habits are: Honesty, Integrity, Sportsmanship, Respect, Confidence, Responsibility, Perseverance, Courtesy and Judgment; all integral to the game of golf, but more importantly life as well.

Easter Brunch at Paul Martin’s American Bistro

Make your reservations for Easter Brunch at Paul Martin’s® El Segundo restaurant. We will be featuring a three course brunch menu from 10:00am to 2:00pm, as well as the full dinner menus all day, until 9:00pm. 3 Courses only $25.00!

You start off with a delightful bowl of fresh fruit bowl, then you choose of one of these delicious selections: Eggs Benedict with housemade Hollandaise, French Toast with Vanilla Bean Cream and Maple-Bourbon Syrup, Dungeness Crab Omelet, Applewood Smoked Bacon and Tomato Omelet or a Fresh Vegetable omelet. All this comes with your choice of a Bloody Mary or Mimosa.  For the children brunch items are french toast, eggs and bacon, or an egg sandwich (with special pricing for the little ones!)

Paul Martin’s® delectable Strawberry Shortcake is now in season! The strawberries are fresh, plump and juicy, and the shortcake is light, fluffy and made in house!

Our southern style baked biscuits are sprinkled with sugar crystals, served with lots of freshly sliced strawberries marinated in their own juices and fresh orange zest, then a plump dollop of fresh whipping cream to finish it off!

Perfect for dessert, a mid afternoon nibble, or even just as a light lunch itself!  Pair this confection of deliciousness with our Bonterra Muscat Dessert Wine. Made from organically grown grapes from Lake County’s Bartolucci Vineyard, with a lovely acid balance and a long finish…perfect with these fresh California strawberries!

This is comfort food at its finest! Our all natural chicken is marinated in buttermilk, dredged in seasoned flour, then deep fried to a crispy perfection! We serve this mouthwatering entrée with an organic green salad, housemade mashed potatoes, and homemade hot blondie with ice cream for dessert! (Yes our ice cream is made daily in house as well).
