AZ Girl Scouts Cookie Ice Cream

3rd Annual Girl Scout Cookie Dessert Challenge February 1–29, 2016 Challenge accepted! Paul Martin’s American Grill in Scottsdale, AZ is offering Girl Scouts Cookie Ice Cream. Made with our signature homemade vanilla ice cream and real Girl Scout Samoas Cookies, this dessert is not to be missed! In addition to chopped Girl Scouts Samoas Cookies, we added chopped bittersweet chocolate and topped it with warm homemade fudge, warm caramel, freshly toasted coconut. South Bay Chili Cook-Off

Calling all chili-lovers! Join Paul Martin’s American Grill this Saturday (January 30, 2016) from 2-4pm at the 2nd Annual South Bay Chili Cook-Off! Presented by the Neptunian Woman’s Club of Manhattan Beach, this event benefits the Manhattan Beach Firefighters Burn Foundation. It will be held at the Manhattan Beach Fire Station on 15th Street. Executive and local chefs (that’s us!), will compete for the top three “Best Chilis” in three categories. We need YOUR vote to win! We created a secret made-from-scratch chili recipe with all-natural ingredients and while we came in second place last year, we’re crossing our fingers for the first place crown (and bragging rights) this year. Spiked Eggnog Recipe

Looking for a holiday eggnog recipe? Or, even better, a spiked eggnog recipe? Look no further! We’re currently serving our homemade eggnog on our holiday menu (until January 3rd), and as a gift from us to you, we’re sharing the eggnog recipe here! HOLIDAY EGGNOG original recipe by Paul Martin’s American Grill Recipe makes 4 servings. INGREDIENTS 4 Eggs 1/3 Cup Sugar 1 Tbsp Sugar 1 Cup Heavy Cream 2 Cup Milk 2 oz Maker’s Mark Bourbon Whiskey 1 oz Myer’s Dark Rum ½ t grated Nutmeg ¼ t Vanilla Extract DIRECTIONS In two mixing bowls, separate the eggs: yolks in one bowl, whites in another. Yolks: Whisk yolks until they lighten in color, approximately 2 minutes. Add 1/3 cup of sugar and whisk until well blended – when the sugar dissolves.
