In our take on the classic Jack Rose cocktail, popular in the 1920s and made famous by Ernest Hemingway’s The Sun Also Rises, we muddle Italian Amarena Maraschino Cherries and fresh lemon juice and shake it with Laird’s Applejack for the perfect sweet and sour treat.
