Four pieces of humanely-raised, antibiotic-free chicken, brined for 24 hours, then fried in a spiced buttermilk batter and sprinkled with our signature herbs de Provence. Served with mesquite-grilled Elote Corn and our rustic-style Baby Red Potato Salad.
