Arizona Cocktail Week, known as the premiere cocktail event of the Southwest, has returned for the 5th time! Cocktail enthusiasts may celebrate cocktail culture and fine spirits through interactive events, educational seminars and tastings, competitions, and cocktail dinners throughout the state of Arizona. For a secret off-menu recipe, stop by Paul Martin’s American Grill in Scottsdale and ask for our Apricot Ginger Shrub!
This craft cocktail is made with Tanqueray London Dry Gin, Domaine de Canton Ginger Liquor, lemon juice, and housemade apricot shrub. It’s shaken, strained over ice, topped with soda water and garnished with a rosemary sprig. Wondering about the housemade apricot shrub? We’ll give you a hint: apricots, apple cider vinegar, fresh ginger.
