We had dinner at Paul Martin's on a Saturday night. I had the Cobb salad with steak (well done) and it was cooked to perfection. My boyfriend had the New York Strip steak (medium rare) with roasted cauliflower. Per our server's recommendation, he went with medium rare and it was "tender and moist." The roasted cauliflower served as the perfect side to the juicy steak. Our waitress (Dana) was very helpful and gave some great advice.
