Paul Martin’s American Bistro offerings are your choice of Organic Baby Lettuce, or Tomatoes and House Vinaigrette, or Roasted Butternut Squash Soup garnished with Sonoma sage oil as your starter. For the main course you choose from Bistro Cioppino fresh Dungeness crab, mussels, clams, wild white pacific prawns, fresh alaskan halibut; Mesquite Grilled All Natural Meyer’s Ranch Ribeye Steak roasted autumn squash, house made mashed potatoes, topped with Point Reyes blue cheese butter; or Mesquite Grilled Superior Farms Lamb Chops wehani rice and arugula. The third course is a homemade dessert, your choice of Bistro Chocolate Cake Pudding rum crÃ¨me anglaise, topped with chocolate caramel sauce; or Pineapple Upside Down Cake pineapple rum caramel sauce.
