DOMAINE WILLIAM FÈVRE
Chablis Premier Cru, Vaillons, 2011
This chardonnay has an aromatic bouquet with both floral and fruity notes, exhibiting a fresh fruit forward grace. Pairs well with the subtle spices of our Brick Chicken or the smokiness of our mesquite grilled Columbia River Steelhead.
Carneros, Chardonnay, 2016
Carneros’ unseasonably wet weather, uncharacteristically late harvest, and small yields produce this richly flavored wine. The buttery oak is complete with hints of tropical fruits and a toasty peach finish, and pairs with our Butcher’s Board selection of artisan cheeses and charcuterie or our Salt and Pepper Shrimp.
Willamette Valley Pinot Noir, 2015
This 2015 pinot noir, of which there were only 2400 cases produced, expresses the pinot fruit and terroir of the valley. Showing black cherry and florals, this young wine tastes great alongside the deep flavors of our Cedar Plank Steelhead or our Prosciutto and Fig Jam Crostini.
Las Alturas, Pinot Noir, 2015
From the high elevation of Santa Lucia Highlands, this single vineyard pinot rewards us with a deep color, flavors of plums and berries, and a touch of vanilla – infused by 9 months in French Oak barrels. This rich wine beautifully pairs with any of our live fire mesquite grilled entrées, such as our Marinated Skirt Steak or Chimichurri Chicken.
Gap’s Crown, Single Vineyard, Sonoma, Pinot Noir, 2014
Just 364 cases of this wine were produced after being hand harvested late at night and aged for 11 months in French Oak. Showing evenly ripened fruit with an oak inspired spice and a smoothly satisfying finish, this wine pairs with our Filet Mignon or Cedar Plank Steelhead.
Barolo Liste, 2010
Liste is a single vineyard known for its well-rounded wines. With only 616 cases produced, this wine, made with the Nebbiolo grape, spent two years in oak barrels and two years in the bottle, resulting in a deep color and dark fruit notes. Spicy yet elegant, pair it with our mesquite grilled Filet Mignon.
Aprile, Sangiovese, Napa, 2014
96% Sangiovese and 4% Cabernet, this is the Gargiulo’s interpretation of the great Super Tuscans of Napa Valley. This wine allows the Sangiovese grape to shine and is to be treasured with our mesquite grilled steaks, such as our Prime New York Strip.
Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, 2013
Just released, this wine has the classic Silver Oak ruby color, blackberry notes and an American white oak vanilla finish. With aromas of vanilla, cassis and sage, pair this wine with our savory Braised Short Ribs or roasted Prime French Dip.
Cabernet Sauvignon, Calistoga Cuvée, 2014
Enjoy the taste of Napa Valley cabernet. With dark blackberries and a hint of cherries, the Chateau Montelena is well blended for a soft tannic finish and a touch of concentrated strawberries. Drinks well and pairs with salads, grilled fish, and our Prime steaks.
Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, Laki’s Vineyard, Oak Knoll, Napa Valley, 2012
While soft and approachable, this wine offers a density of black currant and cherry that gives significant power and juicy exuberance. With a smoky finish, this wine is perfectly paired with our Cajun rubbed Blackened Ribeye.
