Come to Paul Martin’s American Bistro in El Segundo on Sunday for our Holiday Tasting and Book Signing with Chef Jamie Gwen from 3pm-5pm. Chef Gwen will be signing her cookbook “Good Food for Good Times2” and Paul Martin’s will be featuring some tasty food and serving up Kelly Fleming 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon and 2008 Sauvignon Blanc, both from Napa. 
The 2006 Kelly Fleming Cabernet Sauvignon was estate-grown and organically formed using only the best grapes. This wine has been aged roughly 20 months in French Oak barrels and another 15 months in bottles.
The 2008 Kelly Fleming Sauvignon Blanc was produced using 100% Oakville grapes from the Napa Valley. This wine shows delicate floral notes, mineral/earthy tones and some citrus/melon/cucumber aromas.
