There are new chef features available at Paul Martin’s American Bistro! We are delighted to offer our new Korean Inspired Seared Hanger Steak. This prime, all natural marinated hanger steak is served with house made pickled vegetables and Bellwether Farms Fromage Blanc. It is wonderful paired with the wine feature Gargiulo Money Road Ranch Merlot (2005), a richly textured red, with lush cocoa and black cherry notes, from Oakville, CA.
We finally have artichokes in – mesquite grilled with pesto aoli, from Ocean Mist Farms of Castroville, CA – the Artichoke Capital of the World!
Our Featured Cocktail is the Bellini, essence of peach with homemade syrup and champagne – perfect for patio partaking, and the patios at both Paul Martin’s locations are open.
