New Dishes from the Grill at Paul Martin’s American Bistro

Paul Martin’s American Bistro has new menu items hot off the grill! The new Chimi Churri Chicken – grilled chicken (all natural from Pitman Family Farms), with a seasoned herb and olive oil puree, and served on a bed of Wehani rice (an aromatic brown rice, grown only by Lundberg Family Farms).

A delicious, marinated skirt steak (Meyer Natural Angus Beef), served with Free Spirit Farms seasoned heirloom tomatoes and arugula, a change from our maple bourbon sweet potatoes. Another fine beef selection is our new Meyer Natural Angus filet, grilled to perfection (your preference), and served with crispy potato cake and heirloom tomatoes.

And from the sea, our new Grilled Prosciutto White Prawns – 6 grilled large prawns top basil pesto, lemon finished, and served with roasted Pilz Family Farm squash. We have a change to our Fresh Market fish – it is now being served with fresh, grilled pineapple salsa and Lundberg Wehani rice.
