They’re here – the new menus at Paul Martin’s American Bistro! We have some new dishes for your to try, and some of your old favorites to savor! New on our El Segundo restaurant menu is the all natural Double Cut Pork Chop with onion marmalade, roasted sweet potatoes with maple bourbon glaze, served with Garden Valley Farms sautéed snap peas with ginger and garlic from ! New at the Roseville restaurant is our Korean Style Hanger Steak with house pickled vegetables, and Bellwether Farms fromage blanc. Don’t forget the new Crispy Chicken and Butter Lettuce Salad with tarragon sprigs,and honey citrus vinaigrette – so light and fresh, not too sweet! (At both restaurants).
