Three new and delicious items have been added to our A Taste of Paul Martin’s menu.
We have a mesquite grilled, all-natural beef skewers served with roasted pineapple salsa and chili aioli. We are using Meyer Natural Angus beef for these.
The new Fried chicken & French fries, chicken is Mary’s all-natural, skinless, boneless thigh meat, brined for 24 hours, soaked in buttermilk, then hand floured and fried crisp. Seasoned with house-made herbs de Provence. Two pieces served atop a basket of fries.
Fresh Thai spring rolls rounds out the new items. Rolled to order, filled with carrots, Persian cucumber, Asian papaya, shredded radish, rice noodles, fried shallots, avocado, mint, basil and cilantro. All rolled in a rice paper wrapper, served with a kumquat vinaigrette.
