New Summer Season Menu at Paul Martin’s Roseville!

Paul Martin’s in Roseville now featuring our All Natural Meyer Ranch skirt steak, served with local heirloom tomatoes from Free Spirits Farms.

Tuesday’s, 3 course offering, featuring our all-natural fried chicken, fresh homemade mashed potatoes, our organic green salad and to finish our homemade blondie with vanilla ice cream, all for $18.95

Our Heirloom tomatoes salad, Amana Orange and Cherokee Purple tomatoes, served with Fromage Blanc cheese, and topped with extra virgin olive oil and a Balsamic Glaze, crushed pepper and sea salt, for the great price of $9.95

Our Taste of Paul Martin’s, Mon-Fri from 3:00pm to 6:00pm, 4 of our great cocktails, 4 incredible wines and 4 of our starters, all for $4.00

Here’s a sample of the food spotlighted at Paul Martin’s American Bistro: Heirloom squashes from Coastal Farms that we roast and serve with our line caught Pacific Mahi-Mahi with a blistered tomato basil relish. For our line caught Alaskan Halibut we pair it with house creamed Brentwood corn, organic royal trumpet mushrooms from gourmet mushrooms of Sevastopol, CA, and La Quercia Heirloom American Prosciutto.
