Dine Out Roseville is a group of restaurants offering three course, $50 dinners for $30! This is the perfect time to try something new, celebrate Monday, or Tuesday…! So dine at Paul Martin’s American Bistro without going all out.
Our selections are delicious and varied. For starters, choose from a salad of organic baby lettuce, or tomatoes with house vinaigrette, or roasted butternut squash soup garnished with Sonoma sage oil. For your main course, we have three incredible dishes for you to choose from; Bistro Cioppini with fresh Dungeness crab, mussels, clams, wild white Pacific prawns and fresh halibut (did your mouth just explode?), or Mesquite Grilled All Natural Meyer’s Ranch Ribeye Steak with roasted autumn squash, house made mashed potatoes, topped with Point Reyes blue cheese butter; and the third choice is Mesquite Grilled Superior Farms Lamb Chops with Wehani rice and arugula. For dessert you may select a bowl of Bistro Chocolate Cake Pudding with rum Crème Anglaise and topped with chocolate caramel sauce, or Pineapple Upside Down Cake with pineapple rum caramel sauce!
