We have just introduced our new Salmon Rillettes House smoked salmon and poached salmon, served with toasted bread and sliced apples; a Butter Lettuce Salad with Crispy Chicken; buttermilk
battered chicken, served with butter lettuce, tarragon and citrus vinaigrette. Ooh! Aah! Yummmm…!
Our featured cocktail is the Bistro Cosmo made with Gvori Vodka, Leopold Bros. Cranberry, Joseph Cartron Triple Sec and cranberry juice, not only does this taste phenomenal it looks pretty too!
The featured wine is Parducci Vineyards of Mendocino County. Their Sustainable Red and Sustainable White are featured on our "Taste of Paul Martin’s" menu.
