Paul Martin’s American Bistro is introducing a new Market Fresh Fish to our menus – Albacore tuna! This variety of tuna has the lightest flesh, mildest flavor, and is 
abundant in the Pacific Ocean. Albacore tuna is high in Omega -3 fatty acids, (associated with reducing the risks or effects of heart disease, strokes, high blood pressure and other medical conditions) making a rich and satisfying meal.
Paul Martin’s Roseville is serving this new menu item with fresh green beans, and topped with house made tomato salsa (Special fish of the Day). Our El Segundo location is pairing it with roasted butternut squash with brown sugar butter and California walnuts, and fresh grilled pineapple salsa (served Sunday-Tuesday).
