We are proud to announce that Paul Martin’s American Bistro offers catering for events at the historic Blue Goose Fruit Shed in Loomis, CA. The Fruit shed was built in 1945 by the California Fruit Exchange to house peaches, plums and pears brought in by local farmers. The fruits were sorted, packed and shipped nationwide from this facility, and these fruit sheds were the basis for the town’s economy. Led by the South Placer Historic Foundation, the 26,000 square foot building is now becoming a community amenity that includes modern space for meetings and events.
