Paul Martin’s American Bistro will be at the 3rd Annual Hush Up with the Kings (in partnership with Michael Zislis). The event is Tuesday, February 8th, at the Shade Hotel (1221 N. Valley Drive, Manhattan Beach).
Come experience the “Tastes of South Bay” while celebrating an exciting 2010-2011 L.A. Kings season. Kings’ current and former players will be there, and other celebrity guests, tasting Paul Martin’s fare (and other local restaurants as well). All proceeds from the event will benefit the Kings Care Foundation; a nonprofit charitable foundation dedicated to providing children in the Greater Los Angeles area with educational and recreational opportunities. Kings Care Foundation has provided $3.5 million in in-kind and monetary support for the local community including a $250,000 donation to develop a state-of-the-art Los Angeles Children’s Museum at Hansen Dam and a pledge of $250,000 to the Neil Bogart Memorial Fund, a non-profit organization that funds research at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles to find a cure for pediatric cancer, leukemia and AIDS.
We will be serving up our Shredded Beef Street Tacos, with home made corn tortillas, with onion and cilantro, and our Butcher’s Board, local cheeses and artisan salumes.
