PAUL’S OMELETTE
applewood smoked bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, red onions, white cheddar cheese with avocado toast and smashed potatoes

Enjoy a seasonal house salad, Slow-Roasted Prime Rib and New York Style Cheesecake for dessert. $40 per Guest. A limited version of our main menu with Paul Martin’s favorites will also be available.
