For “Random meal of the day, we had the Marinated Skirt Steak at Paul Martin’s American Bistro. It was actually named the Bistro Skirt Steak a year ago but this does not
change the fact that today it is just as delicious as it was one year ago. The skirt steak comes with a wonderful side of some roasted maple-bourbon sweet potatoes. The sweet potatoes perfectly compliments the meal. The savory steak and the sweetness of the potatoes gives the random meal a one two punch. I am also happy to say that I “think” I weigh the same as I did last year even with all these random meals.” (Random Meal of the Day).
