Sunday Brunch is now offered at Paul Martin’s American Bistro. The mantra of “Eat organic, believe in sustainable, buy local, love fresh” now extends to Sunday Brunch. Locally-grown, seasonal fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy and wines year-round go into the dishes served at Paul Martin’s. The brunch menu is seasonal, so expect changes and variations throughout the year. Paul Martin’s aims to deliver the freshest ingredients to diners, buying from local producers and suppliers who believe in sustainable agriculture.
Our Brunch menu offers many delicious options. Our farm fresh, organic three egg omelets are stuffed with Dungeness crab and topped with white cheddar-hollandaise sauce, or applewood smoked bacon with mushrooms and tomato, or spinach and tomato with cheddar-chili aioli, all served with our house made tater tots! Our tasty French Toast is made from acme bread, vanilla bean infused cream, cinnamon and nutmeg with a side of maple-bourbon syrup. There are delicious soups and salads, delectable appetizers, and mouth watering grill items available. Specialty drinks include mimosas, bistro champagne lemonade and Bloody Marys, treat yourself to one, and your table!
Both locations are open Sundays 10:00am-2:00pm for brunch, with a special opening time of 9:00am on Mother’s Day.
