Time to relax and unwind after a long week? A nice glass of wine, good friends and an inviting atmosphere are the perfect ingredients to do just that – unwind. Sip a glass of Magnolia Lane Sauvignon Blanc or reach for a heartier Big Horn Cabernet. Paul Martin’s American Bistro has an extensive wine list, something for everyone. The wine lists are presented in a progressive format, from lighter to fuller intensity in each section to assist you in your selections. All wines are a generous 7 ounce pour. The California-centric wine list twists and turns, by glass or bottle, through the Golden State’s fruitful vineyards, with an occasional stop for an Oregon Pinot Gris, or a Washington dry Riesling. There are over 80 bottles of wine, and more than 13 varietals, including the “enticing whites” and “enticing reds” sections.
Each location has it’s own wine list, in keeping with Paul Martin’s “Buy Local”. El Segundo and Roseville, each offer select wines for $4 a glass during “A Taste of Paul Martin’s”, daily from 3-7pm. There is sunny outdoor patio dining, or relaxing indoor dining. Come in, enjoy and unwind!
