Here are what Paul Maritn’s American Bistro diners are saying about our food and happy hour! (From Yelp.com).

“Incredible food and nice ambience made for a great New Year’s Day dinner at Paul Martin’s. I had the Sunday prime rib special which included salad, a hearty slab of prime rib, and a desert, all for under $30.  The service was outstanding from top to bottom. We submitted a request to have a quiet table with our email reservation and the hosts actually read it and accommodated us. Everyone was incredibly attentive and friendly and it just made me forgot all the bad customer service experiences I had over the holidays.  Thank you, Paul Martin’s, for a lovely evening.” (Dan D. El Segundo, 1/2/2012)

“Great Place! Love the Atmosphere!

So, there aren’t many choices in El Segundo. Paul Martin’s is definitely one of the better Happy Hour places out there for food and a quick drink in an upscale environment. Don’t go dressing in your Pj’s, Sandals, or looking like you just came from the beach. This isn’t your everyday restaurant. This establishment is one of a kind. Review of some food from Happy Hour (HH):
+ Maple Cider Chicken Skewers (HH) are delish. You can’t go wrong.
+ Mesquite Grilled Steak (HH) is also AMAZING! Sooo Good.
+ Marinated Skirt Steak. WOW. Comes with potatoes that melt in your mouth.
+ Sweet Potato Fries is a MUST!
Love the place. Good Work PAUL MARTIN’S!” (Michael C. Long Beach, 12/30/2011)

“This place is fantastic. Yummmmmmmmy spinach and cheese dip. The service is always fantastic and the atmosphere is very nice. It is a great date spot or even a classier place to watch a basketball game. Very versatile.” (Jennifer S. Sacramento, 1/4/2012)

“K. So, I’m not a fan of big chain restaurants but there aren’t many choices when you’re out visiting your mom in Hawthorne. Paul Martin’s was the alternative to the countless El Pollo Locos that lurk the streets of Rosecrans Ave so why not give it a whirl. To my surprise, this establishment had me at “all our dishes are made with organic produce from local organic farmers… and we buy the whole cow for our burgers.” Buying the whole cow – that’s no joke. OK – so fresh food, organic, and healthy… I can live with that, but can the food live up to my expectations? It sure as hell did! It beat out others on the street by a LONG shot. I ordered oysters on the half shell that tasted so fresh as if I had caught it myself. I also ordered the braised short ribs – HEAVEN has once again found its way into my mouth and onto my tongue. Portions were decent and because the food is so flavorful you don’t need to eat a whole lot to induce a food coma. I’ll definitely return to try their other dishes.  Oh – for dessert, try the raspberry crème brulee. AH-MAZING!” (Eileen C. Studio City, 12/30/2011)

“Took my family there a few days ago for dinner.  Chad was our waiter, he gave excellent service, very attentive.  Great food and drinks.  Fresh fish tacos.  We got top notch service.  Porter steak was amazing"¦ They have one of the best lemon drops in town!  Love their happy hours hors d’oeuvres expect it’s always crowed…” (Ash M. Rocklin, 1/5/2012)
