Roseville: 9/6/09 I liked my meal: a Lagunitas pilsner, a small Caesar salad, and a bistro burger. Everything was A-OK, but the burger was exceptional. It came as an open-faced sandwich with the burger proper on one side and a mound of interesting condiments on the other. It would have been physically difficult to close the sandwich and essentially impossible to get the resulting construction into the mouth of anything smaller than a T-rex. But I liked eating the two sides together, mixing and experimenting. The accompanying mound of freedom fries was huge — again suitable for a T-rex. Kenneth R.
