Start your Easter Brunch off with a Mimosa or Bellini and sip your way into a delightful dish of Eggs Benedict or French Toast with vanilla bean cream and maple-bourbon syrup. Try one of our famous omelets, made with three eggs and then filled to overflowing with; bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes, or Dungeness crab, roasted red peppers and white cheddar hollandaise.
Our mesquite grill is hot and ready for your Easter Brunch order as well. Choose from a variety of offerings including our Bistro Burger, Fresh Fish Tacos, or Market Fresh Fish. Don’t forget the appetizers and shared plates – the Butcher’s Board is a wonderful array of cured meats, artisan cheeses and rich olives!
Paul Martin’s is an organic restaurant, serving locally sourced produce, fish from conscientious fishmongers, artisan cheeses and cured meats from small local purveyors and custom-made bread from expert bakers.
