- French Toast with vanilla bean infused cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple-bourbon syrup.
- Dungeness Crab Omelet made with 3 eggs, roasted red peppers and Tillamook country aged white cheddar-hollandaise.
- Eggs Benedict – poached eggs, Canadian bacon and housemade hollandaise sauce.
