New Bistro Classics at Paul Martin’s American Bistro

In the mood to try something new? Something different? Step into Paul Martin’s American Bistro and dig into one of our new dishes.

A new Bistro Classic is the fresh, local lamb meatballs – oven roasted, served with white beans (slowly cooked with aromatics, then mixed with tomato jus), then garnished with fried tomato skins and fried mint.

Our Fresh Market Fish is a pan seared barramundi, served with maple roasted summer carrots and finished with a beurre blanc sauce, light and satisfying!

The last new menu item on our Bistro Classics menu is the new flat grilled, marinated, hangar steak – this tender morsel of Meyer Natural Angus beef is marinated in a combination of extra virgin olive oil, fresh herbs & garlic, and served with sweet potato fries.
