Paul Martin’s American Bistro and Paul Martin’s American Grill have some new dishes on the menu! We have added two new fresh fish entrées for your dining pleasure!
The fresh Mahi Mahi is mesquite grilled and served with blistered tomatoes, a grilled half artichoke and pesto aioli. Our Idaho Trout is spiced up Cajun-style and served with sautéed organic spinach topped with parmesan cheese, and grilled lemon – it hits all the right notes!
These dishes are not only new and delicious, but are gluten-free and heart friendly as well. They are both sustainable and fresh, two of our favorite things!
