There’s only a tiny percentage of natural, humanely raised Prime Beef produced in the States, and the Organically Grown Kelly Fleming Cabernet Sauvignon has perfectly silky tannins and the long finish that our mesquite grilled steak deserves.
Our Prime New York steak is served with Pt. Reyes blue cheese butter, roasted red potatoes, and sautéed organic Bloomsdale spinach.
