Santa Monica Farmers Market celebrates its 30th Anniversary with the very first Southern California Good Food Festival & Conference, today through Sunday. This extraordinary event focuses on regional and national issues vital to building a local and sustainable food system while supporting the needs of California family farmers.
On Saturday, September 17th Paul Martin’s American Bistro El Segundo restaurant will have a booth at the festival. We will be serving our Smoked Salmon Lettuce Cups! Housed creamed smoked salmon served with locally grown, peak of the season lettuce greens!
